Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve

Your 3 Day samburu flying safari begins with a morning transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Samburu. Enjoy sweeping aerial views of the Great Rift Valley and Kenya’s diverse terrain as you head north. Upon arrival, your driver-guide will meet you at the airstrip and transfer you to your luxury lodge or tented camp. After check-in and lunch, head out for your first evening game drive. Explore the reserve’s dramatic landscapes and encounter the Samburu Special Five Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, and beisa oryx alongside elephants, lions, and leopards. Return to your camp or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the tranquility of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu

After breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive is the best time to spot predators finishing their night hunts and to witness the park awakening in golden morning light. Capture breathtaking photos of elephants moving in herds and giraffes browsing on the acacia trees. Return to your lodge for relaxation and lunch before venturing out again for an evening game drive. Explore new parts of the reserve, searching for cheetahs, leopards, and lions as the sun sets behind the rugged hills. As dusk falls, the landscape glows in shades of gold and red perfect for photography and quiet reflection. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Samburu – Nairobi

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, our driver will transfer you to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey. Your 3 Day samburu flying safari ends with unforgettable memories of Samburu’s untamed wilderness and unique wildlife.

Cancellation policy

Safari invoice cancellation  charges  for both Kenya & Tanzania Safaris.

  • Cancellation  up to 60 days prior to commencement of the safari: Zero  cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation  up to 35 days prior to commencement of the safari : 25% cancellation charges
  • Cancellation  up to 15 days prior to commencement of the safari : 50% cancellation charges
  • Cancellation  less than 14 days or more than 7 days prior to safari start : 75% cancellation charges
  • Cancellation  7 days or less before commencement of  safari – Zero refund, 100% cancellation charges apply.
  • Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited to the original credit / debit card used in making of initial payment, if within 6-months of refund payment.
  • In the event of a cancellation, please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will be levied to account for transaction charges.
